Emotional eating is the urge to overeat is usually triggered by emotional instability or boredom from routine. This can lead to excess intake of foods that one of its effects is weight gain and increased risk of chronic diseases.


Here are some ways you can do to overcome emotional eating:


1. Get to know the cause, you try to note when you eat excess amounts. Stress, boredom, anger, sadness, fear, or embarrassment, and childhood habits are the cause of emotional eating.

2. Relaxation, try to distract you if there are impulse eating when your emotions are unstable and do other activities, such as sports, hobbies, or listen to music.

3. Learn to recognize your hunger, stomach rumbling when trying to remember what time you last ate. If the new distance is 2 hours, you may not be hungry, but it is the body's reaction to dehydration. Overcome with drinking water.

4. Keep Fruits and Vegetables, the way a healthier alternatives that you can run if the above steps are not effective in helping you to avoid emotional eating.
